The severe stress suffered during my professional practice as a lawyer, which led to a major depression, allowed me to learn about mindfulness and integrate it into my life to face difficult situations in an effective and conscious way. Thus, I decided to reorient my professional activity as a mindfulness instructor sharing my experience and accompanying people who live with very intense and prolonged levels of pressure and demand, are in a stage of transformation or uncertainty, want to improve their personal skills through mindfulness or simply connecting with themselves and their environment in a more conscious and kind way. I am an accredited instructor for the MBSR Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program at the University of Massachusetts and also trained in Mindfulness and Compassion from the Center for Mindful Self Compassion (Kristin Neff, Chris Germer). On the other hand, I am a certified Mindfulness instructor for children and adolescents of the Eline Snel Method. I am a member of the Spanish Association of Mindfulness and Compassion and of the Professional Association of Mindfulness Instructors-MBSR. I carry out personalized individual interventions for adults, adolescents and children, as well as offering talks and tailor-made programs for companies, professional colleges, schools and universities. At the PSICOTOOLS center of psychology I am in charge of the area of Mindfulness and personal growth, collaborating with other professionals in psychology and medicine, providing Mindfulness as a complement to psychological therapies.
