I studied different masters in behavioral disorders, clinical psychology, sexuality, eating disorders and obesity, child and youth intervention, life coaching and emotional intelligence. I like to focus on personal growth and self-management to deal with anxiety, stress, frustration... Everything that prevents us from moving forward.
