Introduction
Hi! I am an ICF certified ACC Coach. I am based in Barcelona, Spain. I am specialized in career coaching for adults who are active in their professional life. Specifically those people who are going through a change and/or transition (role, department, assuming greater responsibilities, company...). I also accompany people who want to develop themselves to improve their current skills and/or assume greater responsibilities in an organization. And finally, I accompany people who are experiencing moments of stress, work fatigue and who feel "burned out" and want to re-energize themselves. I have a creative and flexible style. It is important for me to enjoy our meetings and also have a shift / reflection on your perspective. I like to start with a pause, to place ourselves in the present moment and put aside our mental conversations, to start the session with an open mind. You will come up with a goal for the session/process and together we will navigate in understanding why it is important for you. We will explore the roadblocks, edges, emotions, relationships... that impact or hold you back. And finally you will decide the best work plan for you to achieve it. I can use different coaching tools: Points of you, wheel of life, saboteurs... in order to have an individual and systemic approach. It is a joint work, where you will be responsible for your process and I will accompany you to discover aspects that you had not dared to explore or perhaps did not know existed.
